Minutes of the meeting held on 1st April 2009

Welcome: Catherine welcomed everyone. Apologies as below.

Adoption of Minutes: The minutes were adopted as an accurate account by Marie Corbett and seconded by Margaret Ross

Councillor’s Report: None　

Treasurers Report
Jaki report there was £10,235.38 in the bank the Invergordon Community Association donated £1600.00 towards the costs of refurbishing Albany Road. Marion asked if a management plan was in place for Albany Community Space Jaki told her that this was not in place as the building was still under construction, but would be put in place in due course. There were no other questions or queries.

Planning

• Licence renewal for Johnny Foxes
• Richard Hartland is to be invited to our next meeting after receiving a letter from him re-planning issues

• Asda supermarket issues to be raised at the next meeting in May with our Councillor’s
• No toilets in the Town due to complete lighting failure
• An EGM is to be called as soon as possible once the amendment/addition is worded this will be publicised 21 days before the EGM is held
• Invite Liz along to go through the plans and finances of Albany Road
• CFPA have asked us to discuss new lighting which is needed on the base for Health and Safety reasons 2 issues were raised regarding the height of the pillars and the affect on the neighbours this light may have.ask Mr Gray if these plans could be displayed in the service point for the members of the public to view.
