The town and port of Invergordon is easily reached by onward public transport – Stagecoach buses and Scotrail offer frequent services from Inverness and many other communities in the North Highlands

Invergordon & Saltburn is just 25 miles north of Inverness and is easily reached by road – the A9 trunk road runs within a few miles of the town centre – take the scenic shoreline detour route (B817) from Dalmore Distillery to the south or Kildary to the north, passing stunning maritime & mountain vistas!

Alternatively, take the leisurely, historic “Kings Route” and cross the Firth to/from the Black Isle via the Cromarty to Nigg passenger & car ferry (seasonal)
